What printing method do you use?

 

We use a network of print shops in the contiguous United States to help fulfill print orders.

 

 

How do you ensure quality?

 

We request random samples of our designs to test the coloring, durability, and justification of the print.

 

 

Can I use my own designs, logos, or artwork?

 

Using your own designs would require ordering in bulk. Please contact us for an estimate.

 

 

Can I order in bulk?

How is shipping calculated?

 

Shipping in the contiguous United States is free. No minimum order amount necessary.*

 

*Bulk orders will be estimated with shipping fees.

 

 

What is the fulfillment process?

 

Most of our print partners process our regular print designs, that is, designs printed centered on the front or back of apparel, in 2-7 days.

 

AOP (All Over Print) designs can take between 3-9 days to process as each item is handprinted and handsewn.

 

 

Do you ship internationally?

 

We currently do not ship internationally but are looking for print partners abroad to fulfill a future need.

 

 

What is your return policy?

 

We do not accept returns; however, we offer reprints immediately and refunds within 14 days of purchase.
