At Rainbow Theory Clothing Company, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help with refunds and reprints. As part of our commitment to your satisfaction, we have a 14-day policy for refunds and reprints in cases of product quality issues.

Refunds and Reprints
Eligibility:
Refund or reprint requests are accepted for items that arrive damaged, contain manufacturing errors, or significantly differ from the design displayed at the time of purchase.
Notification Window:
Customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery with a description of the issue. Please include a photo of the item showing the defect or discrepancy.
Resolution Options
Reprints:
We will issue a reprint if the issue stems from a manufacturing defect or print quality issue.
Refunds:
Refunds are provided at our discretion, typically reserved for cases where a reprint cannot resolve the issue.
Processing Time:
Once approved, reprints are sent for processing within 3–5 business days. Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
Conditions:
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept requests based on customer preference changes or incorrect information provided (e.g., wrong size or design chosen).
Only one refund or reprint is allowed per item.
